Terms of Service

You may use ATAR Ninja if you can form a binding contract under Australian law. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian read and accept these Terms on your behalf.

• You are responsible for the activity on your account.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape it.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes others' rights.
• Use the service to cheat in any formal assessment.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access without our written consent.

ATAR Ninja offers a free tier and paid plans. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Premium (monthly subscription) — billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Elite Pass and Champion Pass (seasonal) — one-off payments granting access for the relevant season. They do not auto-renew.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method.
• We may change prices and plan features. Changes to recurring subscriptions will be notified before they take effect at your next renewal.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All content on ATAR Ninja — including questions, explanations, graphics, the AI tutor outputs, and the platform itself — is owned by or licensed to BLU TECHNOLOGY and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute or republish the content.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the service, with no obligation to you.

The service relies on third parties such as Stripe, Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) and AI providers. Their terms apply to the parts of the service they provide. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

ATAR Ninja is a study aid. While we work hard to align content with current Australian senior secondary study designs, we do not guarantee any particular ATAR result, exam outcome or grade. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
