Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases on ATAR Ninja (atarninja.com), operated by BLU TECHNOLOGY (ABN 85 995 082 270). Please read it before you buy.

1. The short version

No refunds once a subscription or seasonal pass is purchased. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time and you will not be billed again, but you will not receive a refund for the current period or for any seasonal pass already activated.

2. Cancelling a monthly subscription

You can cancel Premium at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial months.

3. Seasonal passes

Elite Pass and Champion Pass are one-off purchases that grant access for the season they cover. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, seasonal passes are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following limited cases:

  • Australian Consumer Law — you are entitled to a refund or other remedy where required by the Australian Consumer Law, including for a “major failure” or where the service is not as described.
  • Duplicate charges — if you have been charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • Accidental purchase — if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and have not meaningfully used the paid features (e.g. no AI tutor sessions, no premium questions attempted), we may refund the purchase at our discretion.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@atarninja.com from the address on your ATAR Ninja account and include:

  • The email on your account.
  • The date and approximate time of the purchase.
  • The reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
